In addition you will:

  • Connect with leads and existing clients to explain the value of the Business Flyer program 
  • Proactively engage with clients and close sales to drive revenue growth 
  • Consistently meet daily call targets to maintain strong client relationships 
  • Collaborate with your team to complete tasks within SLA timelines, supporting broader revenue and service goals 
  • Manage phone and email communication professionally to ensure a seamless customer experience 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Virgin Australia products to provide confident, informed support 


You’ll be great in this role if you have: 

  • Experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and grow an existing client base 
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with clients 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships 
  • Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services 
  • Clear and adaptable communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different client needs 
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow
